Six layer taco salad

Ingredients

For 10 people:

 

  • 1000 g Marie Thumas Apéro Red Salsa
  • 1000 g Marie Thumas Apéro Mexican dip (not mixed!)
  • 1000 g minced meat (beef or turkey)
  • 150 g vegetable oil
  • 150 g shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 150 g diced tomatoes
  • 250 g grated cheddar
  • 250 g sour cream
  • 150 g taco chips

Preparation

  1. Prepare the chili: Pour the Marie Thumas Apéro Mexican dip into a pan and heat over medium heat. Stir regularly to prevent burning.
  2. Cook the minced meat: Heat a few tablespoons of oil in a pan and cook the minced meat until crumbly and done. Add the minced meat to the Mexican dip.
  3. Prepare the salsa dip: Prepare the Marie Thumas Apéro Red Salsa as indicated on the packaging.
  4. Assemble the salad: Start with a layer of chili and salsa, add the shredded lettuce, then another layer of chili and salsa, followed by the tomatoes, sour cream, and grated cheese. Finish with a layer of taco chips.
