Pea mousse with serrano

Ingredients

Quantities at the chef’s choice:

 

  • Marie Thumas Apéro Green Pea Dip
  • Cream or yoghurt (190 g per 500 g of Green Pea Dip)
  • Serrano ham
  • Goat cheese balls or crumbled feta
  • Granola or croutons
  • Fresh mint leaves

Preparation

  1. Prepare the Marie Thumas Apéro Green Pea Dip according to the instructions on the packaging (190 g of cream or yoghurt per 500 g of dip). Then let it cool thoroughly in the refrigerator.
  2. Put the Serrano ham in the oven until crispy.
  3. Spoon the dip into small serving glasses or bowls.
  4. Top with goat cheese balls or crumbled feta, granola or croutons, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
