Pea mousse with serrano
Ingredients
Quantities at the chef’s choice:
- Marie Thumas Apéro Green Pea Dip
- Cream or yoghurt (190 g per 500 g of Green Pea Dip)
- Serrano ham
- Goat cheese balls or crumbled feta
- Granola or croutons
- Fresh mint leaves
Preparation
- Prepare the Marie Thumas Apéro Green Pea Dip according to the instructions on the packaging (190 g of cream or yoghurt per 500 g of dip). Then let it cool thoroughly in the refrigerator.
- Put the Serrano ham in the oven until crispy.
- Spoon the dip into small serving glasses or bowls.
- Top with goat cheese balls or crumbled feta, granola or croutons, and garnish with fresh mint leaves.
