Green Pea dip

The Marie Thumas Pea Dip is a refreshing flavor booster packed with character. Perfectly seasoned and finished with basil, a splash of lemon juice, and a pinch of chili powder for just the right amount of kick. The result? A creamy, surprisingly refined dip with a spicy-fresh twist.

This pea dip is perfect as a dip, a spread, or a flavorful touch in a culinary dish.

Ingredients

Peas 90%, water, salt, potato starch, herbs and spices, lemon juice powder.

Preparation

Heat it:
Microwave: Heat the peas in a covered dish at 1000 W for 6 minutes for 250 g or 10 minutes for 500 g. Stir halfway through.
Combi Oven: Heat the peas in a preheated combi oven for 8-10 minutes at 140 °C.

Mix it:
Put the peas in a blender with cream, Greek yoghurt, or sour cream (about 190 g per 500 g of peas). Start blending at low speed and gradually increase the speed. Continue blending until the desired consistency is reached.
