Cauliflower 86%, rapeseed oil, salt, vegetable powder, spices, lemon juice powder.
Preparation
Heat it
Microwave: Heat the cauliflower in a covered dish at 1000 W for 6 minutes for 250 g or 10 minutes for 500 g. Stir halfway through.
Combi Oven: Heat the cauliflower in a preheated combi oven for 8-10 minutes at 140 °C.
Mix it
Put the cauliflower in a blender with cream, Greek yoghurt, or sour cream (about 85 g per 500 g of cauliflower). Start blending on low speed and gradually increase the speed. Continue blending until the desired consistency is achieved.
Dip it!
