Red Salsa

This flavorful base of red bell pepper, tomato, chickpeas, and crispy fried onions forms the perfect base for a rich, Mediterranean-style vegetable dip. The natural sweetness of the pepper and tomato is beautifully balanced by the full-bodied taste of chickpeas and subtle seasoning.

Ingredients

Red bell pepper 36%, fried onion 19% (onion, sunflower oil), tomato 17%, chickpeas 11%, rapeseed oil, sunflower seeds 2%, semi-dried tomato 2%, potato starch, herbs and spices, vegetable powder, salt, lemon juice powder.

Preparation

Heat it:
Microwave: Heat the vegetables in a covered dish at 1000 W for 6 minutes for 250 g or 10 minutes for 500 g. Stir halfway through.
Combi Oven: Heat the vegetables in a preheated combi oven for 8-10 minutes at 140 °C.

Mix it:
Place the vegetables in a blender and start blending on low speed. Gradually increase the speed and continue blending until the desired consistency is achieved.
