Mexican Dip

This colorful, spiced vegetable base with tomato, red kidney beans, corn, bell pepper, and crispy fried onions bursts with flavor. A subtle smoky note and classic Mexican spices create a warm, savory experience – perfect as a base for a dip or as a flavor booster in dishes like chili con carne.

Ingredients

fried onion 33% (onion, sunflower oil), tomato 20%, red kidney beans 16%, sweetcorn 12%, red bell pepper 8%, water, rapeseed oil, spices and herbs, vegetable powder, salt, lemon juice powder.

Preparation

Heat it:
Microwave: Heat the vegetables in a covered dish at 1000 W for 6 minutes for 250 g or 10 minutes for 500 g. Stir halfway through.
Combi Oven: Heat the vegetables in a preheated combi oven for 8-10 minutes at 140 °C.

Mix it:
Place the vegetables in a blender and start blending on low speed. Gradually increase the speed and continue blending until the desired consistency is achieved.
