Tagliata of beef
Ingredients
for 4 persons
- 1 box of Marie Thumas Mango Tango
- 400 g fresh yellowfin tuna
- 10 g roasted sesame seeds
- Sweet teryaki
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 branches of cilantro
Preparation
- Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan and sear the tuna on both sides for 1 minute. Season with pepper and roll the tuna in the roasted sesame seeds. Cut the tuna into slices half an inch thick.
- Fry the Mango Tango mixture for 3 to 4 minutes in a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
- Serve the mixture on a plate and arrange the tuna slices on top, finish with a few coriander leaves.
