An Iconic Brand<\/span><\/h2>\n

The factory was located along the Leuven Canal in Wilsele. He named his company \u201cMarie Thumas\u201d after his wifes’ name, Marie Durieux. Starting with a modest team of just twenty, the workforce expanded to 600 women and 300 men by the forties.
